Speech Pathologist & Team Leader | South East Melbourne

We're partnering with a growing multidisciplinary allied health provider in South East Melbourne to recruit two exciting opportunities within their paediatric Speech Pathology team.

Current Opportunities

  • Speech Pathologist: $90,000 - $110,000 + Super
  • Speech Pathology Team Leader: $115,000 - $130,000 + Super

The Role

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents across clinic, home, school and community settings.
  • Manage a varied caseload including speech, language, literacy, AAC, fluency, voice and feeding.
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Music Therapists and Art Therapists within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Community visits are kept within a 30-minute drive of your clinic.

For the Team Leader opportunity, you'll also mentor and support fellow Speech Pathologists as the clinic grows, provide clinical guidance and help drive service quality while maintaining a reduced clinical caseload.

About You

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership.
  • Working With Children Check.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • National Police Check.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Full Australian working rights.
